Sadly, my experience was the same as those who have also given this dr a 1 star rating. The solution i was given is to continue on with my very strong pain killers for at least another 2 weeks and come back ..which I will not be doing!

Worst experience ever from the get go !

Tried booking an appointment , but the practice manager Angelica was rude and wouldn't let me just because I did not have a current GP referral. I got my comprehensive scan reports sent and even forwarded my old GP rereferral. I explained how I will be visiting my GP over the weekend and will get it sent then, but they just seemed fixated on a referral. Apparently they need the GP referral to be able to fill in my details in the system. Lol !

I am thankful though that it happened sooner than later. I wouldn't have wanted to go through a complex spinal procedure with a team which is so unsupportive from the very beginning

I saw Ivan Bhaskar for the first time yesterday and he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. His personal assistant, Angelica was the same as Ivan and I was extremely pleased with the way she assisted me with my MRI appointment. She not only cleared up the confusion I had but also made the effort to contact me as well. Excellent service from Ivan and his team.

Post surgery…..
The moment I stood up a few hours after I surgery I knew my operation was a success. It's now 8 days post surgery and I no longer have the nerve pain I had prior. Excellent communication pre and post surgery by Ivan and Angelica as well as the staff at St.Vincents Private.
