I have been enjoying my compass pool for over ten years now. My family and friends love it as well and often comment that it is like being at a resort. Craig, Sam and Rhys installed and landscaped my pool in the central west. Their professionalism, experience and attention to detail was really 5 star.
Craig advised me to include infloor cleaning to make the absolute most enjoyment of the pool with virtually no work required by me. The best decision ever.
The after care has been amazing with regular ongoing maintenance. If I have a query at any time (which has been rare) help is a phone call away and if not answered immediately will always be attended to in a very short time frame on the same day.
Absolutely love my pool!

We've had a Compass Pool for 6 years. The purchase and installation process was great -both friendly and timely. We've had a couple of requirements for after sales service over the years and the team at Compass (especially Manager Belinda) have well and truly gone above and beyond every time. I can't recommend them enough (and I hardly ever write reviews)!

Our experience with Compass at Newcastle was great! They were awesome with communication and also understanding of our indecisiveness with choosing colours! They walked us through the whole process, and made organising a pool build whilst also building a house a breeze! Would definitely recommend, and if we ever need another pool we won't hesitate to go with Compass!

From the first stages of making the decision to go ahead, the installation process, the customer service and support to the first swim - we had the best, high quality interactions and top customer service.

I love my Compass Pool. My whole experience with Compass Pools Newcastle was so easy and hassle free, from getting my quote from the sales team, to dealing with the construction team, and the installers were so professional and courteous😀 I definitely recommend Compass Pools whenever possible.
