Would not use them again currently in legal proceedings against them. 2 weeks before pool was due to be delivered increased the price of the pool and forced us to accept the new price even tho we had a contract. Only giving us 24 hours to accept the new price in knowledge that we would have to reschedule every tradesperson knowing that we would not be able to find a new pool only just over a week prior to installation . Wont refund deposit when they changed contract. Much better companies with ethics to deal with than Kerry and Danielle.

We bought a complete fibreglass pool set up including pump, heater and chlorinator ftom DIY Pools. Kerry was awesome to deal with. Gave us great advice on which products best suit our needs. Made everything very simple. Price was better then the manufacturer and anyone else i got a quote from. Kerry is a very knowledgeable person with heaps of experience. Delivered pool and products when promised. I would highly recommend anyone buying a pool to speak with Kerry from DIY Pools and you can't go wrong. Best choice we made.
