Booked this hotel for some of my staff who wer traveling for work.
Rooms were not ready at check in time. Wasn’t offered another room
Rooms were not cleaned to an acceptable standard even for a “budget hotel”
Wouldn’t recommend it. Go somewhere else for the same money.response / report this review -

Myself and a few friends stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience! We had booked another hotel in the area for that night and the hotel cancelled on us that day, luckily we found the Comfort Hotel who were very helpful in accommodating us at such short notice. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast from the Bluerock was delicious! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was great :)

Budget cozy hotel. Has cafe and limited parking lots. Nearby supermarket, garden, free Perth (red line) bus and car rental.

Nice functional trims. Clean. Efficient. Good place to stay. Walking or bus service to amenities and town centre. Cafe, restaurant, bar, on site, Blue Rock.

Very convenient location: 1km from the CBD and within 200m from a pickup point for the, frequent, free central city bus service (RED CAT). Well appointed rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Recommended,

Warning: Stay Away! Such a pity I cannot give them negative stars. I checked in to this hotel, staff (Employee of the Year) told me he needed a Credit Card to account for any excessive charges. Ok no problem. He ran my card through the reader multiple times, and said "this card isn't working: please give me another credit card or pay the entire stay now in cash". Ok so I paid in cash. When I checked out, I got a receipt, that said paid in cash. One month later my Credit Card bill arrives, and the associate had indeed charged up my card. When I contacted the Hotel in attempt to fix the problem, the Manager didn't care, and "told me to write it off". What a toad!
