  Colonial Court was the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights but would be good for long term stays as well. Less than a two minute walk from the beach and Airlie Beach Lagoon and super close to shops, clubs and restaurants. It is in the perfect location and has beautiful clean rooms. The staff were really friendly and accommodating even letting us check in slightly early and when we left allowed us to leave our bags in the office while we waited 4 hours for a transfer to the airport. I would highly recommend Colonial Court and will be staying here again should I ever come back to Airlie Beach.

  Budget accommodation. Our room was very clean. Although the rooms are close together we felt it was still private. Good location close to everything but far enough away from the noise of the club's.

  Stayed here for SCHOOLIES. Amazing friendly staff, super close to everything. Rooms were good for the week stay, super easy to be self efficient. Definitely staying here next time I go to Airlie!
