We booked accommodation through Accom Whitsunday on Hamilton Island. Unfortunately, the owner cancelled our reservation with little notice. Accom Whitsunday not only did their best to arrange alternative accommodation for us, but they also ended up reimbursing the cost of our flights as Hamilton Island was fully booked. Thank you for looking after us!
