Great spot short walk to the beach and everything You could need!

Booked 2 rooms for a week over Christmas. We were mostly well taken care of. The rooms are in a great location between trinity beach and palm cove.

I don't know what the 1 star guy had a problem with, but I'm currently staying here (2nd day in) and it's very good value for money, compared to most everything else around here.
Separate bedroom, separate shower and toilet, large living/kitchen area, and large private deck. Your own private washer and dryer! You never get that at this price.
I opted for the cheap room, which is fine, everything is a little old, but works fine and all is very clean.
The host is very friendly and helpful.
Well worth checking out.
Yes, its not right on the beach, one row of houses behind, but you can still hear the waves.
