What a journey it has been so far - We had been to multiple builders and we did not feel comfortable with the "salesman tactics" that some presented out there..
We chose to build with Clarendon because we had heard from multiple people that if you want a quality build go with this company. They have not disappointed us so far.
This is our 3rd house but our 1st time building and we are loving our journey so far.
They have been amazing in assisting with all our queries and doubts and have been more than accommodating if I had a "change of mind". Nothing was too much of a hassle for them, and for this it confirmed that we chosen a professional company that genuinely cares.
We have just finished our Pre-Con stages and have now gone to site. "Excitement and elation" are the first words that come to mind. Our concrete slab will be laid next week and we cant wait to see the end result. Thank you Clarendon for turning our dream into a reality!!!response / report this review -

From Initial Design to Handover, Clarendon Homes were fantastic. The Sales Consultant was patient and gave some great advice for floor amendments. Our Council submission was not straight forward but Clarendon navigated through this process smoothly and were always communicating with my wife and I. The consultants in the Lifestyle Studio made what would seem to be a daunting part of the process, easy and simple. Finally the construction team were unbelievable. My 40sq single storey home was completed in such quick time my bank wasn't ready to make the payments. The quality and finishes to the home were great and our family couldnt be happier. Super happy with our whole experience with Clarendon Homes. Great communication and service right through. Quality is excellent, value for money.
Our site supervisor was great at the start but he had to leave so we weren't sure if this would be a problem. However there was nothing to worry about - Clarendon appointed a new supervisor who took over smoothly and has completed the whole house with no stress. He is perhaps even more awesome than the first guy. Called me every week or so to update on progress, and any questions or issues were sorted out quick smart.
Our family is so excited and looking forward to many happy years living in our very own brand new Clarendon Home.response / report this review -

Clarendon are building our dream home, we have just gone to site, we loved the colour studio experience, staff were very informed and helpful which made it easy for us to make decisions. They were quick to come back to us with any questions, We made some changes to the plan and as soon as they knew it was important to us, they made extra effort to get it all just right, we cannot wait to see our Boston 36 in real life.

Go into this looking to build your dream family home only to have to give up and sacrifice things that we can not do after the build. Our experience with the sales consultant was Fantastic, It has now become clear though why the detail was always hard to get a straight answer about. ensure you get a price list of all the upgrade options (aircon, floors, Stairs, electrical, kitchen, insulation, cat6 cabling smart home etc) we got quotes from contractors than added 25% (allow for Clarendon markup) than allowed 10% buffer, once going through color selection the cost were over double what we have allowed.
