  Hi everyone,
  I have had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Michelle at Australian Visa Group to get my employer nominated visa.
  I came across Australian Visa Group and Michelle just by looking on Google, and at first I thought this wasn't a great idea as AVG is based in Perth and I am in Brisbane. After the first phone call, I was pretty confident in engaging Michelle for my visa application.
  I have nothing but praise throughout the whole process. Michelle is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and the communication was stellar and timely. We hit a bit of speedbump trying to obtain a police clearance from South Africa, but Michelle was on top of it with submitting the waiver and getting an extension to sort all that out, and finally got the visa issued.
  So even though I have not met Michelle face to face, I have no hesitation with recommending her and AVG for anyone looking to navigate through the visa application processes in Australia.

In managing the applications for our company and for our visa applicant, she always provides confidential advice for both parties appropriate to the situation.   Since the first phone call I had with Michelle, she made clear that she was a very knowledgeable and respectful agent. My case was tricky due to some bad recommendations from my previous agent, and Michelle was a massive saver asking for all the information required to provide me with all my possible visa options. The process has been so smooth and her system to compile the documents is amazing, we had my application lodged in a week! She was responsive throughout the whole process and advised with the best type of documents and formats to get my application successful. I have received PR in less than a year! I can't thank her enough for the quick turnaround to lodge the application and for supporting me getting my application approved.
