  I regret trusting this company over the years of living abroad while they managed my unit. Luckily I insisted on attending one of the inspections when I returned to Darwin. My unit was in a disgraceful condition. I was in tears. The agent tried to cover damages, and when I changed agent immediately Absolute Real Estate failed to pay the Body Coorporate Bill using the final rent (this has happened before) and I got a late fee on top of everything. I've always made sure to repair and maintain things though the quality such as the paint work which I paid my hard earned money and this agent organised was faulty. The agent failed to let me know and the warranty expired. Working with Absolute has been an economic disaster and very stressful. Thank goodness I inspected my unit in time. I paid for a service I didn't get. I am happier now they are out of my life.

  Kearen is our property manger and goes out of his way to rectify all our issues as soon as possible.
  The company is flexible and our family would recommend this real estate to anyone.

  Outstanding service from Kearan, by far the best property manager I have dealt with. He processed my rental application very efficiently and answered all my queries promptly. Thank you I highly recommend Absolute Real Estate NT!
