Dr Anita Gautam Dangal said she is going to send my daughters script for meprozole to the 777 pharmacy in midland and it has not sent. This caused inconvenience on all of us where my daughter has reflux so she need this medicine asap.

Busy but good practice with GPs, and outstanding nurse practitioner/midwife, and a clinpath on site. I found the reception staff kind and considerate. Yes, details were taken over the phone and then needed to be filled again on paper - not a big deal, & yes, my consultation was late, but that’s pretty typical of most bulk billing GPs and I got over it given how excellent the midwife is. I felt cared for and would happily recommend this clinic.

Finally, I have found a doctor who is more hopeful than the medicines! I thank Hale Road Medical, a well-established General Practice clinic for helping my father during his critical days of Diabetes. GP at Hale Road Medical not only prescribed the diet and medical nutrition but also helped all of in detail what is good and what is bad for a Sugar patient. The condition of my father is way better than before.

I wasn’t able to feel my toes due to my heart stroke, but once I went to Hale road Medical and had a check-up, the doctors there had conclusive results to what was wrong with me. I am glad I visited Hale road Medical, in fact they are now my go to place. Anything happens I would prefer going there, it is safe, the administration is very professional, and the staff is very friendly.

Highly professional with their work. Probably the best medical support I have received anywhere. The nurses listen to you carefully and provide you with thorough, responsive advice. You can easily contact the doctors via reception and they are all very patient, professional, welcoming, and thorough.
