Very unhappy with the experience. Nice salesman very nice guy. But if your going to be selling something I think you should know a bit about the features of the vehicle you are selling so the buyer can make an informed decision. I feel very let down by this dealership. But full marks to the salesman. He got my money. And don't mention anything other than great things about this dealership on there Facebook page or you will be banned very fast. It's just one big happy family at westpoint. GOT IT? Westpoint Ford what a disgrace.

"An off-road machine" but you can't park or idle it over dry leaves, dry grass or other combustible materials. Thank you for recommending your Ford Ranger to my dad who is a farmer and specifically asked if this car had a diesel particulate filter installed and was told it was not installed, only to find out that it actually is. According to the user manual this diesel particulate filter can become a fire hazard if driven through dry bushland. Thank you Westpoint Ford for putting my family and our property at risk with your lack of consideration and greed. You also deleted my dad's comments which were not offensive or derogatory and blocked him from commenting again and warning others. You should be required by law to warn people of these dangers. Shame on you. My dad will now likely lose $20k as he'll now need to resell his beautiful unsafe ute to buy another.

Great customer service in a family orientated workplace. I always have a laugh with wonderful conversation with the Service Department and look forward to the next visit. Oh great coffee machine too 👍
