Positive experience from start to finish.
Ben was friendly, easygoing, attentive, polite and patient salesman. He took time to understand our needs, made several suggestions and worked out a good solution for us.
Ramir did excellent job financing and insuring the car.
Anita was very helpful in choosing the right tinting for the vehicle.
Belinda made presentation of the vehicle fun (when it was picked up).
Great team. Good luck to them.
The only thing which I wish was different is the trade in price of my old car. Regardless its age it was in a very good shape and deserved more :)response / report this review -

We had a good experience at Werribee Nissan. The entire team is very welcoming and helpful. Their office is very social and good play areas for kids while parents are busy. Our salesman Ben was also very helpful, patient and clear with the process. I would recommend Werribee Nissan to all buyers, their deals are better than Eastern suburbs.

I can not speak highly enough of the service that we have received from Werribee Nissan. From purchasing the car to their after sales service they have gone above and beyond. I would not shop anywhere else for a vehicle. Highly recommended.

Unfortunate experience regarding salesman / dealership tactics. I Took my 17 year old son to look at car options as his first car to learn in. Dealt only with one salesman ( nice gentleman) however over the 5 day exchange , several phone calls from the salesman and 3 visits to the dealership i continuosly told the salesman - I do not want my son considering this car if Werribee Nissan can not meet his budget (of which I showed / and sent link of comparable vehicles at other dealerships as comps at the budgeted price) I was assured through the whole process not to worry about the price as "we look after locals" and the most important thing was that my son was happy with the car. My son finally decided he would like the car so we put in an offer at the said budget price. Salesman walked off to his 'manager' came back and said sorry can't do it at that price ( not even a suggestion of a counter offer). The only positive I draw from the experience is the lesson my son learnt regarding car salesman and dealership tactics.

Ben Umar is great. I felt that he was genuinely nice and very helpful from start to finish of the whole process. I was very lucky to get a great deal with the price of the car i wanted thanks to Brenton as well I think he was the manager there. Would definitely try and get a car there again when my partner needs a new car. Only constructive criticism I would give is that some of the receptionist there might need to be a bit friendlier over the phone.

We shopped around at other dealerships, I wish we went to Werribee Nissan first!
Jake was professional, knowledgeable and was the main reason we brought from the dealership.
