Great value and pretty good service overall, but the blonde older woman who "looks after" the cosmetic section should have been fired a long time ago. I've never met anyone in customer service before that was quite so rude as she. I specifically went in one day to buy make-up but left without making a purchase due to her insufferably brusque manner. I took time to make a complaint to management who are WELL aware of the situation.
