If it wasn't for being local and opening to 10 pm, I would never shop here. I found the young pharmacists disrespectful and quite unreasonable. I have not had a good experience all the time I have shopped here. I think I will make the effort to go elsewhere.

Pharmacists are more focused on talking and ignoring you standing there. Only 1 other person getting a script, store is dead quiet in the evening, took 15mins! For a common script with 3 people behind the counter.

I just can't do this store for prescriptions anymore. The customer service is just so bad I'm simply not going back there ever again. They simply ignore you behind their Great Wall of Pills.

Very helpful male pharmacist in charge. I've been to a few other Chemist Warehouse stores and the pharmacists there do not even make eye contact with the customers. Will continue to shop here because of the great staff and range of products!!

Annoyed.
If you have a massive security guard blocking the way to the cashier of course i will go the wrong way to get there. An then you excuse me of walking out without paying
I wanted to buy a pack 12 of protein bars and you refuse to let me buy it. and say I have to buy a different color brand. But last week it was ok.
I feel because Im Indian you discriminate against me. Make me buy a different color. Wjat kind of statement is that.

The usual great range with prices well below that of the competition, unfortunately the service from their point of sale is poor to say the least. Recommended as value for money but if you want service try somewhere else.
