I've been to a couple of Dr's there over the years and they are always very thorough & the Reception staff have always been very polite & attentive. Highly Recommended!!

I recommend the friendly Doctors. However, ensure you make an appointment. Unless you're seeing Dr Goel.. expect a lengthy wait despite making an appointment. They obviously don't leave enough time for appointments. Yet.. They don't mind letting you know that your appointment will be cancelled if you're 5 mins late. Everyone's time is valuable.

Had an 11.15 am appointment booked in advance today. Phoned the reception staff at 11.05 am to check whether doctor was running on time, because I work close by. The reception staff told me that the doctor was on schedule and will be available for the 11.15 am appointment. Turned up, kept waiting. Didn't end up getting in to see the doctor until 11.48 am. No excuse offered. Every time I have visited this practice, kept waiting 30 minutes plus.

Can't fault them. On holiday here. Called on Sunday morning and got an appointment Sunday afternoon. Reception staff were lovely and we even shared a joke. Doctor was on time, lovely, and got us sorted out in no time!

After reading a few reviews about the centre and specifically about one of the doctors here I was a little nervous about visiting. But I can gladly say that my experience with the Plaza Doctors was pleasant. I just want to make it known that I absolutely do not enjoy going to the doctors and was only forced to go recently as part of my recruitment into the Army.

I would just like to say that those who said the receptionists would rather be anywhere else but doing their job, that was not my experience. They were not only really friendly but were ready to attend to me as soon as I walked in the room. They were in the middle of a conversation and the receptionist that greeted me cut her conversation in half to attend to my appointment (contrary to what some of these reviews would have you believe).

And secondly there are mentions of a specific doctor here, my experience with Dr. Goel was just as pleasant as the rest of my visit. I don't like spending more time than I have to with doctors and Dr. Goel was straight to the point and got what needed to be done without any extra drama. He was professional and friendly during my appointment.

That was my experience with the Central Plaza doctors, the place was clean and tidy, everyone was in a friendly and cheerful mood despite me being the last patient before they could all go home. Despite the extra 20 minutes waiting past my appointment time I would and am coming back to this medical centre.
