Had an enjoyable stay at the Mortlake Caravan Park. This is a small and quite park for those looking for a slower pace of life. Paul is an excellent manager and takes a lot of pride and care managing the park. The free washers and dryers were a bonus as were the complimentary bath mats for the cold floors in winter.

Friendly with great amenities. Close to Tea Tree Lake park with walking track, great bird life, skate park, ovals, and rose gardens.

Walk to bowls club and swimming pool (solar heated outdoor with kids wading pool).

Town centre within easy walking distance - hotels, food stores, bakery, newsagent.

A great stop on the Hamilton Highway.

Great little council park, quiet, green grassy sites, close walking distance to shops, amenities a bit old but always clean, foot mats in showers, FREE washing machine AND dryer, dump point, $23p/n, seniors discount brings it down to $21. What more could you want. Pet friendly. Camp kitchen with excellent gas BBQ.
