Driving through the Otways offers many opportunities for bushwalking and discovering waterfalls. The Otway Central Pub offers a great location for taking in a meal or a cold beverage after all the physical exertion.

We stopped for lunch here and left a wallet behind, not realising until that evening when we were almost back in Melbourne. Early the next morning they arranged express postage of it for us - we are really grateful for their help, and friendly, happy service not only while we were there but after we'd left as well. Massive servings of delicious and varied food, great coffee, and good pick of sweets and cakes. Also: the inviting decor, the open kitchen, the large seating area, and, of course, the kind staff. I was very pleasantly surprised by this place and would now make a point of stopping there while on the road.
