One of Mahyo favourite store. So many variety of thing. Mahyo is able to spend all of Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday looking through games, movies, music and devices here. Prices are so low that Mahyo believes they perform the Best Job. Therefore: BJ Lo-Fi. Yes. Washing machine Sunbay.

Went to get help regarding our home speaker installation and how to get it setup. Will helped us out and guided us through the options. We ended up buying a Pioneer AV receiver for a very good price. Highly recommend you see Will if you need expert advice regarding audio.

I bought a laptop off the Brighton store, after 3 weeks the laptops mouse pad was faulty, which had nothing to do with them, it was the laptop company that made a faulty product, so I emailed JB about it and they rang me the very next morning to get me in and give me a full refund on it. Fantastic service and prompt reply. I buy all my products from these guys, they are great, thanks to Paul @ JB Brighton for getting back to me so quickly.

Great service! Went in to buy a pair of gaming headphones and the salesperson was very helpful. Despite me not knowing much, they were not impatient or condescending throughout the process and let me make the final decision.

Worst experience I ever had when dealing with Car Audio Repair. No return phone call(as promised)and a less than helpful female handling the switchboard.
I don't pay for poor service and rude behaviour.

We went to JB Hi Fi yesterday to purchase a lap top and we were fortunate to be served by Ben whose knowledge of lap tops and associated hardware and software was outstanding. Ben went to great lengths to understand what we needed, and to explain the options available, and he then introduced us to another staff member to organise our internet connection through Telstra. We have forgotten that staff member's name but he was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Ben then set up our lap top, despite issues with the Microsoft web site, and then followed up with a phone call to us later in the day to ensure we had been able to complete the lap top set up. Absolutely first class service and attention.

Always go early in the morning to get the best service before they are busy! Took me less than 30 mins to go and buy a laptop even though I was just browsing. I paid with $5 notes plus gift vouchers a and the rest on card and it was no issue. The HP laptop I bought was faulty and they spent half an hour sourcing a replacement from another store and called me to let me know. I purchased some PS4 games on the same day and a different lady spent 10 mins working out games for me and my son. Overall was an amazing experience. Thanks 😀

Large tech store, which sells everything from headphones, to TVs, to guitar amps, home stereos and washing machines. The staff are friendly, welcoming and eager to help. They are quite knowledgeable about the products they sell, and can help everyone (regardless of the individual's competency and knowledge in using technology) make the choice that is a right fit. The store is clean, with a large range of items at many different qualities and price points. That said, certain items can be found elsewhere for a little cheaper- it comes down to what you are looking for.

Terrible experience. Bought a TV from JB and it stopped working after 7 months. Rang up and all staff were inept. The TV has a major fault but before they can offer me a replacement they need to get it seen by a technician which can take up to 2 weeks. No loan TV offered or resolution. Manager was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Very rude and did not care how much of an inconvenience it was to me. Good guys customer service is far superior!

Recently bought our fridge from there. Thanks Jon for assisting us in our purchase. You knowledge and customer service was great. We had it delivered yesterday and we were very happy. The freight company you use toll fast were great. They took the care and time when delivering the fridge. Thanks for the great price and I'm sure we will be back. Highly recommend you guys.
