I am so grateful for the ladies as I was able to wear my dream dress for my intimate ceremony with our 5 guests. The week leading up I wasn't due to pick up my dress for another week but my amazing seamstress was able to fit me in and my dress was altered perfectly. I have had so many comments about the dress and am extra excited because I get to wear it a second time next year when we celebrate our wedding properly with our guests. I have recommended and referred multiple people to sweethearts for their incredible service and variety of beautiful wedding dresses.

Wedding dress shopping is the most overwhelming experience I have ever been in. The ladies at Sweethearts are the most sweetest, caring and helpful people I have come across. They were so helpful and as a team over two visits they helped me say yes to my dream dress.
Everytime I visit the store I am greeted with a smile and treated like royalty.
Edith the owner is a woman of such grace and expertise in finding the perfect wedding dress for brides. She has created a beautiful atmosphere of staff who are genuine and love the excitement of helping someone make their day.
I am so excited for my fitting next year and then to wear my dream dress! I’m so grateful for Sweethearts making my experience of buying a wedding dress at ease and so so special.

I bought an amazing and super flattering dress, at a really reasonable price with loads of alterations to meet my needs. The alterations honestly looked part of the dress, and it fit absolutely perfectly.

I felt really heard and supported by all the staff. With Kirsty making all my alterations, and Robin and Debbie helping me throughout.

I am so grateful to these wonderful ladies. I felt a million bucks!

My daughter recently choose a wedding gown from Sweethearts Bridal Boutique. Every time we visited the lovely ladies we had a wonderful experience. My daughter, and I, were treated as special and valued customers. This was our first wedding in the family, and my daughter was quite nervous. We had no idea of what happens, but we were both made to feel very comfortable and everything was clearly explained. My daughter eventually chose the perfect dress for her and the venue under the guidance of the experienced ladies. I will always recommend Sweethearts for it's great range of gowns and the wonderful service and care of all the lovely ladies.

My daughter just recently purchased her dream dress from sweethearts bridal boutique.
The ladies where absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff are very informative and nothing is to hard. My daughter was so excited to wear her amazing dress and looked absolutely stunning. We cannot recommend highly enough this store. You need not look any further.

Edith at Sweethearts Bridal was amazing! I lost count of the number of dresses she let me try on, and she was great at suggesting different styles. The shop had a great selection of prices (starting from $1500 and going up) and I had a wonderful experience there.

I went to Sweethearts looking for a dress back in January. I had just had a really bad experience at another bridal store and was concerned coming into the store. Although, from the moment I walked into the store I was made to feel very comfortable and welcomed. Mariana was my bridal assistant and was very lovely but all of the staff there are absolutely fabolous as well! I had Deb assist me and another lady as well as the seamstress and they were fantastic! They did not mind how indecisive I was and were very accomodating in letting me try on as many dresses as I liked. They have a lot of variety in dresses and I managed to find my dream dress. I cannot thank Sweethearts enough for the great experience and my beautiful wedding dress and I will always recommend this store highly.

Completely dissapointed. Would not recommend this shop to any future bride.
The staff were very helpful at the start until the smallest of problems occured and it was all down hill from there.
The staff suddenly became uncontactable, rude and very unproffessional at one point telling my wife that she has no other choice but to loose weight.
There was a complete lack of communication inbetween their own staff that appointments were cancelled or double booked and no one else in store knew about it.
If i could give a 0 rating i would.

To Roz and all the Sweethearts

THANKYOU for everything on Saturday. I went in totally confused as to what i was looking for. Roz's 18 years experience was just what i needed. She quickly got me into a dress, listened to my likes and dislikes, showed me what shape was good for me and within 2 hours she and i found my dress. It was such a fun 2 hours. I thought it would be a case of visiting a number of places before EVEN FINDING what i wanted.
I am really glad i decided to call into sweethearts and look forward to my next fitting.

My advice to anyone looking for their dress. Trust the advice and experience of the ladies in "sweethearts". See you soon ladies and thanks again

ONE MORE THING. I was pleasantly surprised with the price.

My daughter planned her wedding in 12 weeks so finding a wedding dress was high priority Debra made her an appointment in no time and my daughter explained what she wanted Debra found her the perfect dress and the perfect bridesmaid dresses. They were ordered and ready in plenty of time to have alterations made. It all went very smooth and would like to thank Debra very much for all caring and attention she made us all feel very welcome and couldn't have helped any more.

I am so pleased with the service and my dress! The owner Edith is an absolute gem and Noni, one of her employees, was so helpful and dedicated in ensuring I was comfortable and found my dream dress. I get married in just over 2 weeks and I highly recommend Sweethearts Bridal to anyone who wants to feel safe, secure and happy with the whole wedding dress shopping/purchase experience!

FANTASTIC SERVICE MARIANA!!!

My bridal assistant was Mariana who when over and above to help me find my dress, I only visited 1 shop and that was Sweetheart Bridal, Mariana helped me try on different styles, she suggested dress that would go with my sharpe, Showed me accessories to try on etc, after spending 2 hrs I found my dress thanks so much for helping me and being so patient. I love my dress, I when to try in on the other day as I ordered it 6 months ago it's amazing I look forward to fittings in 2 weeks!

I would suggest too take the day off work and go shopping in the week when they ain't so busy or Thursday nights :)

Amazing experience! I visited 5 different bridal shops in Sydney and this one was by far the best! They have an ample range of beautiful bridal gowns. The service and attention I received was beyond fantastic, Robyn was very friendly and approachable and very patient helping me try on different dresses (serveral times each!) over almost 3 hours! She was extremely knowledgeable about the dresses and even offered little tips and suggestions about everything from shoes to accessories to alterations to actually choosing THE dress itself. She was extremely helpful yet not pushy whatsoever. Robyn was a delight to shop with and she is a real asset to this store. Girls if you're still looking for your perfect dress, visit Sweethearts Bridal! I highly recommend this store.

Had an amazing experience at Sweethearts Bridal Boutique. I received the upmost service and attention. All the sales staff are lovely and cheery. Each time I returned to the store to try on my dress or make a payment I was greeted with another happy face, ready to accommodate my every need. The dressmaker was absolutely incredible and my dress fit perfectly, I couldn’t be happier. Very impressed with all the ladies at Sweethearts and would recommend this store to anyone.

This place has excellent customer service. From the very moment I walked into their store till the day I went in to return my hoop, there was never a moment I didn't feel looked after.
