  Very dated cinema # 5 with a very small screen in relation to Earlville Event Cinemas.
  And the seats are so stiff and ridged they don't semi recline and the arm rests don't move.
  The overall look & feel of the foyer is dated as well with the heavy general wear of the furniture and the many stains on the carpet on both levels.

  Make sure you present your cinebuzz card before the cashier hastily charges you full price for the movie of the week. The attendant was rude after we presented our card, and it was such a delima for her to delete the original tickets and charge us the correct price. Cairns! Where is your friendly customer service? It would have been so simple to ask us if we had a cinebuzz membership card and maybe if we didn't, ask us if we would like one. Apart from the rudeness, we enjoyed the movie, the cinema smelt a bit like urine and BO 💨.

  Great cinema in cairns. Comftable, great sound, can't fault it in any way.
  My choice for seeing a pic..

  Middle of town with 3hr free parking center of street right out front. The cinema could have more modern comfy seats in all theatres instead of just the Vmax. Meanwhile the sound in all of the theatres is great and if you shop the right way, you'll always get a standard ticket for $12 or less :)

  Too loud. Sadly, it doesn't matter how luxurious the seats are, how conveniently located, or how fresh the popcorn (and all these are true), when the product sold is experience, and the experience is uncomfortable, then it's a complete waste of money. Felt bludgeoned by decibels, not immersed in sound.

  Wow this place is awesome even comes with free baby cockroaches! running around the cinema (it's why you pay extra for vclass 3d)
  
  To bad they are not showing Mimic! Imagine watching that and having one of theses crawling on you! Now that would make you jump!
