Bit noisy/busy but being almost in the city you'd expect that, quiet enough in the evening/overnight. Everything else was great! Discount for having a rental car!

Friendly staff. Decent for a one night stay but wouldn't want to stay longer. It's a busy Park and many people decide that they shouldn't have to use the pathways provided so just walk through your site. The sites are very close together. Good amenities and fairly clean. Again, it's busy so be prepared for that.

We arrived with the intention of camping, but after taking a look at the unpowered sites ($30, out in the open with very little to no shade, sites are close together), we decided to treat ourselves to a suite with a bathroom for $80/night. The suite was great for a couple of nights and has all of the basics. Beds aren't the best and we found them a little hard, but overall - good. You CAN walk to town, but it is a bit of a distance ~25mins into the "core". Swimming pool wasn't too bad and staff were helpful.

Great facilities but security isn't great. My bag was stolen out of the front of our van and they told me this happens quite often so remember to lock everything up. I guess that's what you get from a caravan Park in a city.

Excellent campsites with plenty of shade and grassed areas. Big amenities, TV room and kitchen make for comfortable entertainment and pampering. Close to Esplanade (12.5 min.) walk and C. B. D Check it out with reasonable rates and freindly staff 😘😎

Great camp kitchen with all the amenities. Friendly staff, good bathrooms. It does seem a bit crammed and in the camper van area we could hear traffic all night. But would recommend it overall.

Fake pictures. The lodges are ridiculously small. And no private bathroom. The pool is so small too. They also take so long time to refund the deposit. Tourist trap nothing more.

Friendly staff, quiet, good pool, good laundry area. Camper van sites are well laid out and not too close to each other. Very good for an urban caravan park.

Note that Google Maps directions incorrectly take you to Law St, which is one block away. The only entrance is on Little St.

Very nice place to stay close to the airport, to the town centre, supermarkets, nightmarket, lagoon etc. we hired a couple of the cabins.

The office staff are extremely friendly, gave us lots of pots and pans and cutlery and dinnerware to use during our stay.

It was not so ideal to have to carry all our cooking ingredients and pots, pans, plates etc from the cabins to the kitchen area for every meal but we got used to it after a day or two and the kitchen area was a great place to socialise and meet other people. In the 10 days we stayed there we met campers from Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, WA, France, Italy, Germany, Israel & Congo. Everyone was so friendly and it was just a great atmosphere.

Could possibly do with an extra toilet or two for the cabin area as there is only one. Not sure if the other cabins have their own toilets. But most days you'd get someone trying to open the door while you're inside. However that one toilet was always clean and never smelt bad.

Thanks for a pleasant stay, would definitely consider Cairns Holiday Park I we come to Cairns again.
