The place was very dirty (cut acrylic nails everywhere), serious lack of communication as the only words to me where colour and length and nothing more.. Very uncomfortable experience for an average job!

Very unhappy with the style, the rush through attitude and she made me scream when she twisted my thumb the wrong way. Too much focus on get them in get them out! They are chunky and very messy. Far too much cost for unprofessional look.

These ladies are not to bad at nails but they seriously need to speak English more ..nothing worse than sitting there for over a hour no communication other than price and style makes the experience boring

Horrible! Went in for an infill on my lunch break, asked how long it would take they said 45 mins max I was there for a full 65 mins, I understand u run over time but also completely unprofessional and the slowest nail techs. I waited 20 mins to be able to choose my colour for another nail tech to come straight over and want the colours for a client that had just arrived standing there hitting her nails on the table hinting to hurry up, this happened serval times throughout my services with other clients as well. The nail ladies where rude very unprofessional couldn't speak fluent English & spoke screaming across the salon to eachother. Paid $10 more than other salons located in cairns city. All round very unhappy & will never return.

Had my first shellac manicure here, worst manicure I've ever seen, absolutely flooded my cuticles with polish and burnt my skin from poor placement of polish. They put the wrong colour on too. Staff were pretty rude too.
