Crystal Cascades is a beautiful campground slightly out of Cairns although not many units using it whilst we were there so nice and quiet.
Amenities are first class and spotlessly clean, (fabulous showers). Great pool.
Receptionists really friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful settings and place. Some trees needed to provide some shade. Only comment is Too 10 membership is not recognised. Not sure why? Top 10 and Big 4 membership is interchangeable and the Big 4 website recognise the Top 10 membership. We have never had any issues at other Big 4. We live in Melbourne but so happened we traveled to NZ and stayed in Top 10 Camper Van sites.

Beautiful setting, immaculately kept grounds, clean and modern facilities (vases of fresh flowers in the amenities was a nice touch), and friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is how small the sites are - it does feel a bit sardine-like, and our camper trailer barely fit on the site. Overall would definitely recommend.

Well we arrived late into Cairns. Had not booked anything. I rang Big4 and they were fantastic. It was dark so we were helped into the last powered site they had from a young man (sorry don't know his name). Then they said fix us up in the morning. Thank you Big 4 Crystal Cascades.

Really nice spot, were helpful with us coming in outside reception hours. Facilities were really nice and clean. Was nice and quiet but that probably varies with the season

Amazing place and beautiful spot, toilet facilities were 100% and more then expected, excellent professional staff, definitely recommend staying here best big4 so far!
