We enjoyed hiring your electric bikes, delighting our lovely elderly friend with a bad leg. Thank you also so much for fixing up the breaks on our daughters wheelchair without charge.

You wont meet a more genuine bloke, than the man that runs this shop. The scooters are insanely fun. Great price, service that goes above and beyond any bizness i been to before. If i lived here i would definatly buy a scooter off him. Thanks for making my otherwise mediocre holiday awesome.

walked past this place but didn't enquire about the price. found another bicycle shop for cheap rent regular cycle bikes however after riding it up the first hill the gears came apart and almost ruined my day. got a refund and went to this shop instead. was so surprised at the great price and used my refund to hire an ebike. was given an alternate route which in my opinion was more gorgeous riding through than the attractions. I hired it late afternoon for one particular place but would need it overnight. was given a map to another place as it was late in the day to reach where I originally had planned. map was pretty spot on and easy to follow. was supposed to have it for the next day but returned it early due to a poor sleep. imagine my surprise when they said they'd give me a credit for another day. super knowledgeable, friendly, and great service. been recommending to everyone. will definitely be back, even just for the stunning rides by the mountainside.

Hired two electric bikes from here and very friendly service, also gave us a discount because the batteries weren’t fully charged. Bikes worked great to the botanical garden and back, were a lot of fun. Definitely recommend.

The best customer service from any business I've been into Bought an "Inokim Light 2" eclectic scooter, it is a blast to ride around town!
The shop has a great range of electric bikes and scooters along with e-bike/scooter servicing, you can also hire e-bike from here to explore the city of Cairns.
Anthony and Rob are both very knowledgeable and are happy to spend time to answer any questions you may have their prices are also very competitive to what you could get in any major capital city, highly recommend.response / report this review -

Super friendly and helpful staff. No pressure and no money gouging extras. Trusting and relaxed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a nice day out bike riding around Cairns.
