Bought a second hand Liane Moriarty book for $11. Found out later you can buy all her books new for $14.99 at most book stores. It would have been an average saving from Sue's except most pages were really, really dirty. I bought the new copy so I could enjoy reading it without yellow spots anymore and will donate the Sue's copy to someone in real need. Also purchased a jigsaw puzzle 1000 pieces. I asked if she knew if all the pieces were there and she said she had never had a complaint before. So this is first complaint. Missing 4 pieces. It only cost $6 but I just bought a brand new one today, just as beautiful for $7 from Cairns Central. Message is sometimes, especially in Cairns, second hand is second rate and over priced.
