Great service and professional cheating skill. I have bought this bike from two week ago, staffs promised will build a new bike for me and I would pick up after a week. I also left my personal contact details while paying. One week later, no bike no stock and no called from this shop, when I tried to pick it up they said that they had no stock. They said wait for one more week and I would be able my bike with a gift ( front basket) due to the innocence. What I should do was wait for 3 more days to next week. Therefore, I went there again this week and there is the bike without basket and don't know when they will come more stock.
In fact that , there were one lie cover others lie and wasting time and effort. Staff can't do there job on time and totally forgot this order. I went there for 2 times for the pick up and today, I am going to talk to them again. It spent my four days to buy a brand new bike. Isn't it too much effort? Best store in Cairns for EVERYTHING camping - not the speciality stuff, but the general stuff you need. Only loses a star for poor choice of hiking boots (they go for the brands over the quality ones). Staff are super helpful though, and pricing is always good.

The very latest in Mega-stores specialising in all things outdoors and camping and canoeing and hiking and barbecuing and so much more. Had a wander through and was amazed at the sheer size of the place. Definitely a five star recommend if you're into the above. Plenty of parking here.
