I have been to several driving schools in Cairns and Cairns Driver Training was by far the best. I used to be a very nervous driver until I drove with Rick. Always a load of fun and really knows his stuff.

I had clocked all my hours in NSW and then took a two year break from driving before continuing in QLD. I'd forgotten practically everything and it was a just a matter of relearning everything. Not only did Rick set me straight, he provided fascinating insights into roadrules and vehicle mechanics that enriched my understanding of the dynamics of driving. By the end of every lesson I always felt I'd made progress because no matter my shortcomings, we worked through them one at a time until eventually I just did everything right. Rick is a fantastic teacher. Cannot recommend him enough.

I highly recommend Cairns Driver Training for anyone looking for an enjoyable and informative driving experience. Their lessons are always enjoyable and the instructor is incredibly knowledgeable in all areas of driving. He is also very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had with clear detail and explanations. I am very thankful for my time spent with Cairns Driver Training and would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a fun and educational driving experience.

Rick is amazing instructor. I have been with other instructors before and I failed tests several times. Then I tried 5 hours classes with Rick and he brought me to the test routine and I passed without any hussal. I definitely learned a lot from Rick. Highly recommended!!!

Rick is a fantastic teacher.

Excellent patience, excellent communication skills, and a strong leadership and teaching presence.

Rick is the person I would recommend
