Absolutely disgusted in the way the staff treated me on the phone was on hold for 15 minutes and got disconnected after I heard the staff member hang up on me. Was quoted 300 dollars above the average quote. What a rip off. The customer service and staff are so rude unless you have thick skin I wouldn’t recommend going here or supporting this business.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stoked to have found a reliable trustworthy and friendly mechanic service on the coast! 😁 Anyone out there who - like me may get anxious using a new mechanic due to past horrible experiences look no further! ABS are fantastic!!! Managed to book my car in the next day from calling and have them look over the issues caused by another mechanic (don't ever use autoking!) They looked over my car and managed to fix up all the issues and have my car running perfectly the same day. Also, not to stereotype but I know absolutely nothing about cars! Jim outlined and explained everything they did so I could understand. Great family team, easy to get to location, friendly service and great pricing! I was so excited to have my car back and feel safe driving it! 🙂👌 I will definitely be using ABS moving forward for all vehicles in our household and our families.

Never in my life have I met such hard working and consistent people. They serviced all of my cars for almost 10 years and have always kept them immaculate. Jim and Joe are easily the best mechanics I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. Book in fast because service this good fills up quickly!

The level of service I received is outstanding. I desperately needed my car for the weekend, I called abs at 8am on Friday and spoke to Jim. Not only did his qoute come in $700 cheaper than another mechanic on the coast, he went out of his way and fitted me in that day (something I was told was impossible by every other garage i rang). By 5pm that evening I was collecting my car with not only a new clutch and machined flywheel and the wheel alignment done that I had requested but they had also adjusted my hand brake free of charge. If your reading this review and debating where to take your car, don't bother looking elsewhere go straight to abs. I will be recommending them to as many people as I can and will be using them for all my mechanical needs moving forward. Also had a nice suprise on the seat in the way of an air freshener, key ring and pen. Thanks again guys best garage I've ever been to.
