  I don’t write negative comments about anyone online but my experience with Victory has been awful. I ordered a pelmet to be installed in February. It’s now June and I still don’t have it. The first time I had the installation booked I waited around and at the end of the day was told it wasn’t happening. I was told the car had broken down the day before but for some reason they weren’t able to tell me until I had wasted my whole day. The second time the installation was booked I called in the morning to make sure it would happen and was told that it would. By 3pm I’d not heard from them and called back again only to be told it would not be happening. No excuse given this time. 2 whole work days wasted. I wrote to them and told them i wanted to make a complaint and was told someone would get back to me “ASAP”. That was 2 weeks ago and no call, so here I am. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a service in my life.

  We had Craig as our sales team member and he was such a joy , full of useful information, well spoken and honest !
  Very happy with all the advice he has given us for our new curtains 😁
  Can’t wait to organise more curtains with Craig in the future, attached are some photos of the wonderful job they did from the Brisbane Springwood victory blinds

  Victory Curtains and Blinds have been the worst company I have had to deal with.
  It all started with curtains they installed having loose theads which were very visible. The fabric Victory used was faulty as there were also thread runners and holes all over the curtains they installed.
  When I finally got through to them after trying several times to make contact, I explained the curtains were still under warranty and I would like a refund as that was my consumer rights. Victory didn't comply and said the holes and loose threads that were appearing on the curtain fabric was wear and tear. Even though the curtains were under 5 yrs old.
  Victory is very hard to deal with and they do not value their customers nor do they honour the warranty on their products.
  Yet again, they have lost another customer. I won't be using their services again.
  Beats me how they are still in business after reading these reviews.

  Josh was my contact from quote to install and he was friendly, professional and nothing I asked was ever a problem. He was proactive with his suggestions and really understood my vision. It was reassuring to have one person who could do it all! Victory Blinds have a very satisfied customer here.

  Michael and Brandon fitted my blinds today and my curtains. Brilliant job. Thanks to Camron the new manager. Victory Blinds is running the way it should. Give them a call you won't be sorry. Plus very friendly people. Like I wrote. New manager. So now everything is done right. ✔️
