I was in the market for a safe and thought the CMI Miniguard size 4 would suit my requirements.
Did a Google search and found Buyasafe at Marrickville was the cheapest.
My next quest was to determine what locking format was best for me. I had bought an electronic safe from eBay and had had trouble with electronic entry. It wouldn’t open on occasion and I would have to resort to manual opening (key).
Went out to Buyasafe to see if they had floor models with the various locking mechanisms (I should have rung first). When I got there Joe told me that they don’t get enough people visiting his shop to warrant having floor models. He told me that CMI have a showroom at Carlton. Joe said that since I had come out to the store he would give me a discount if I bought through him.
Went out to CMI at Carlton and decided on the combination lock.
Rang Joe and asked about delivery. Most other sites list options for delivery ranging from about $72 (for receiver to lift off truck) to high $300s for hydraulic lift. Joe said $69.94 for hydraulic tail gate delivery. I couldn’t do better than that.
I bought the safe on 17 Apr and hit a call on 19 Apr about delivery on 20 Apr around noon.
Cope Sensitive Transport delivered the safe to my door. The driver wheeled it form the truck.

Purchased a safe off their website. Smooth and easy process. Great advice from JoeDelivered with a tail-lift which made the delivery much easier. Definitely would recommend these guys if you are looking for a safe.
