Although the place had everything you could think of I found one particular staff member
(an older short lady)very rude & asking her a question seemed like it was a huge inconvenience.
Not to mention the place is filthy.
Won't be going back.

Outstanding variety and availability of decorations, costumes, accessories, and balloons. Lots of colours, and themes from holidays to heroes. Don't forget to check out upstairs. There's no dedicated parking, but there are plenty of side streets.

Quite complete, but not necessarily at a 'megastore' level. They do have a vast array of collectibles, costumes, knick-knacks, and other items for the party people.

Massive place. I was really surprised about their vast range. They also have a great helium balloon service. Good quality items. All party requirements from birthdays, anniversaries, hens parties and a variety of themes.

Went into this store with a specific type of cup in mind which was listed as in stock on the website. When I arrived, I asked a young lady with blue and green hair to show me where I could find this. We found the item, but without a price tag, and so this lady said she would go and find out. She never returned! When I went searching 10mins later, I found her blowing up balloons. I waited in line at the balloon counter, then asked this same lady whether she had managed to find the price as I asked. She said "oh I completely forgot", so I asked if she could look it up right now which she did. I then asked, as there was only one unopened pack of these cups left on the shelf, whether she could get me a second pack, and she said she would, then walked off once again. She returned 5min later and continue blowing up balloons and ignored me, still standing at the counter. I again waited in line and then attracted her attention, and asked her AGAIN whether she had done as she assured me she would. ONCE AGAIN SHE SAID SHE HAD FORGOTTEN. We never did locate a second packet of cups and I ended up buying an opened pack with broken cups for a whole $0.90 off. Not only is this poor customer service, it is truly bizarre!! Given this individual cannot follow through on a simple instruction, I don't feel they belong in custome service.

Great customer service i rang on a last minute decision and a guy named Scott over the phone was lovely enough to take my small order down which i couldn't pay for over the phone or net cause all cash was on me but took my word and him and his team done a fabulous last minute job👍 Highly recommended fantastic prices too👍💯

What a shame that some customers can be so rude and difficult. It's upsetting to read what some customers have done in the store and then written unjustified reviews which are so damaging. I have been to the store and have seen nothing but courteous, helpful staff. I am also in retail and know how difficult customers can get for no reason at all. Often they take out their rage, although nothing to do with the store and often something quite personal out on the staff. I really feel sorry for the staff member who had to put up with such rudeness with the customer using profanities. The staff member is to be commended for his efforts. People seem to love giving bad reviews which could potentially ruin a business when their issues are not even connected with their shopping experience. I hope this helps clear some of the nasties that have been written here. Just the fact that someone has taken the effort to respond to these reviews gives the store much credibility. Keep up the great work guys. It's great to drive past each day while going to work looking at a happy looking store with all the party merchandise showing through the window. It sure is better than looking at boring traffic on Victoria road.
