A truly incredible first experience using Busy Beaver. Easy to get to, park the car and check in and the mini-bus is ready immediately to take me to the airport. Same when I came back. Bus was at the airport with 8 minutes of calling. Ciro was a great conversationalist on the way back! My car was washed whilst I was away and it is super clean and I am super impressed! Thank you.

After 24 years with a different parking/shuttle group we decided we were tired of being treated like 'just a customer'. With an unhappy dirty car experience on our last stay, we decided to change provider. BB were cheerful & courteous. The drivers clearly enjoy their job and that is a reflection of good management. Plus, there's a loyalty program! We're very happy to stay on board. 👍😊

I have used many different airport parking services and these guys are the best out of the lot.

Their friendly service from the moment you arrive at their facility, completing the paperwork, getting dropped at the airport, and getting picked up is unparalleled. The vehicles used to shuttle between their facility and the airport are clean with very friendly divers who are always helpful with your travelling bags. They always carry a child seat which made our life so easy with a 4 year old, we didn't have to "remember" to request a child seat when we booked in the parking space nor when we called after arriving back at the airport for the pickup.

Give them a go and you will not be disappointed.

PS: Special mention to Ciro for being awesome last time we used their service!

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Busy Beaver. Airport drop off and pick up were quick and easy, and the team showed a great level of professionalism throughout the whole process. Drivers had a great sense of humor, which is refreshing! I will definitely be returning!

First time using busy beaver. Could not be happier with the service. From start to finish they are super friendly and professional. Car exactly as I left it. Steve the driver on way home was an absolute cracker. Had whole van in stitches of laughter. Well done guys.

Great service, even at 4.00am when we dropped off our car. also very helpful when we needed to get picked up at the airport. Thanks Ciro. We will definitely use Busy Beaver again. The service was first class.

Absolutely fantastic service. Very professional staff. Nothing is too difficult for them. No problems with trying to figure out which is the best place to park at the airport. It?s the only place I use in parking services when I?m in Melbourne. Highly recommend

SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY Paid for covered parking and found my vehicle was parked outside the whole time. Busy Beaver tried to cover up their rip off scam by rinsing the vehicle - yet car was very dirty and left a wet trail from being parked outside. Staff told me the vehicle was parked near the door and had got dusty, yet there where non vacancy parks near the door. Always check your vehicle. If its wet, they are coving up the busy beaver scam of parking your car behind the shed. Dont leave your keys with them as they move the car inside before you arrive. Staff never apologised for their scam but eventually gave me a full refund as admission of guilt. I will never park at busy beaver again as they are rip off scammers. It was clearly visible where vehicle had been parked outside then driven back in. Nice try busy beaver, but stop ripping people off.

On another note trip is more than 15 minutes from airport and van service is not regular so expect a long wait. Take your keys or expect your car to be parked outside and dragged back in when you call for pick up.

Busy beaver Aka Andrews Airport Parking (owners and operators of Busy Beaver Airport Parking and also proud of scamming customers paying for undercover yet have their car left outside = rip off) have no care or concern for your vehicle. Nor any ethics or morals. Sadly we caught them out. Images attached.

I also question google reviews as most are from fake users with no other reviews - most likely fake scam reviews - reflection of the busy beaver business practices - sadly scam customers with no remorse, and post fake reviews of themselves. Company is owned by Andrews Airport Parking another rip off company that stores your car outside while paying top dollar to have it stored inside. The reason they ask for your booking number at airport pick up is so Busy Beaver can drag your car from outside, and pretend it was inside the whole time. Take your vehicle keys with you so you can trust your vehicle is parked where it should be as paid for not moved elsewhere by rip off merchants

This is a true review by a customer in 2017, being covered up by fake five start reviews in order to give a fake appearance the business is a reputable business which busy beaver is not.
Stop posting fake reviews and focus on better business practices. Busy beaver cover up true customer feedback by posting fake 5 start reviews.

Great service - easy to book, cheaper than the on-site long term parking at the airport, and more convenient. I dropped my car off and was at the airport within 10 minutes of handing my keys over, and pick up was just as efficient - the driver Ciro was really friendly and got me back to my car after a long international flight within 15 minutes of requesting pick up. Definitely be using them again.

Well organised operation, everything ran smoothly. They were expecting us, even though we were there really early in the morning, and we got transported to the airport as promised, with time to spare. Friendly, professional staff, what more do you need, when already nervous about your holiday? will use them again for sure!!!

Ciro dropped us off on Sunday. Returning home tonight and hopefully he will pick us up good driver great conversation and excellent customer service. I have used busy beaver airport parking a few times now and never had an issue. These guys are my number one choice for parking my car when I travel.

Amazing team, all happy people, awesome to deal with. dropped us off at be airport explained everything perfectly, collected us right away upon our return and the car was cut and polished it look better than the day we bought it. Will be using these guys for everything now. Great Service!!

These guys are fantastic! Last trip I came back earlier than booked, and my car was retrieved within minutes! The banter in the van to and from the airport is always great, and Ciro was awesome enough to share some fantastic recipes with me on this last one. 10/10 recommend.

Had a great experience with busy beaver airport parking. Highly recommend! All staff were really happy and helpful. We arrived at the airport in quick time and feeling calm and relaxed. Took all the stress away. Will definitely be with busy beaver again in future :)

We love Busy Beaver! Previously, we would sometimes wait until the last minute to book our airport parking and Busy Beaver was already sold out, so we had to go elsewhere. That happened only twice, and each time, we were NOT impressed with the other service: their vans were dirty or falling apart, their service wasn't as reliable. So now, we have a process: book a flight and book Busy Beaver on the same day. We like their friendly service, they come to the airport as soon as you call them (if they're not already on their way), they offer membership perks: a free day's parking or a free car wash. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because their check-in process needs to be streamlined to make wait time shorter. They ask redundant questions that are already in the system. Other than that, we are very happy with Busy Beaver.

Found an excellent deal in the local paper which made using this service the best value for getting to the airport. Their customer service was professional, efficient and seamless. Ciro was a delightful driver.
Highly recommend this company as my travel to and from airport could not have been more seamless.

Busy Beaver are excellent! Tried a few other places but these guys are definitely the best! I use them regularly and love the benefit of the free car wash after multiple visits. All the staff are always very friendly and helpful (especially Ciro - always a smile on his face and willing to go the extra mile - even when it's late at night!!). Prompt shuttle service, car looked after, and excellent service - what more could you ask for?!

We have been using Busy Beaver for the last 6 years or so. We found them initially as we had looked up their sister parking company (Andrew's Airport Parking) but were told the latter were full, and to try Busy Beaver. We have never used any other airport parking service since.

We have recently parked there when we flew to Launceston in September 2016 and Brisbane in December 2016. It was then when we met Ciro, he is the epitome of excellent service. We had been meaning to write this review but had forgotten to do so. Until we arrived back from Sydney yesterday and Ciro collected us from the airport. As always, we had a great chat with excellent service. Will not use any other airport parking business in Melbourne as long as Busy Beaver exists.

Very impressed with courteous and welcoming staff.-
Tonight, we were greeted by Nathan, who was friendly and efficient.
Our driver, Wayne was awaiting, and ready to assist with our luggage.
He was engaging in conversation, and reminding us to check we had taken all luggage, pickup stops and finally to enjoy our holiday.

We have used Busy Beaver, on other trips, and always satisfied, with their prompt and friendly service.
We can highly recommend their services.

How could I forget Ciro, the legend himself. Picks us up and provided the entertainment for the night. And managed to be very helpful to my family, who included a disabled father. He went above and beyond to ensure my father got on board safely.

But the trip experience to and from the airport was great. Very friendly and social drivers both times, and the car was well looked after and very clean when we arrived back. Thank you guys

Have been parking at Busy Beaver approximately 40 times a year for the past four years as I commute back and forth to Hobart. Always had excellent service , smiling faces at the desk and warm friendly drivers. The membership rates are very competitive and worth looking at if you intend to park there on a regular basis. Particularly appreciate the free car wash after I've parked a few times in a row (as part of the Membership deal) and always find my car nice and clean.
All the staff are valuable but have to nominate my 2 favourites - you know who you are ! Ciro and Alex - but seriously all the staff there are efficient are helpful.
