Holy crap they will get you on the gas bottles and refills. Do yourself a favour and just get a swap-&-go from the servo

After sales service is appalling. Staff have incorrect information and order wrong parts. They have no interest in smaller sales, for a weber dealer it's extremely poor. They would rather you call weber yourself. Management also useless, failed to offer an acceptable remedy. Avoid.
