  Relaxing shopping experience with helpful staff. My wife and I had a very particular preference on some possible sofas and the people there were knowledgeable and honest about what was possible to have made and what was not. The layout of the store allows you to quickly get a sense of what is available allowing you more time to focus on options with your choice.

  A challenging experience of customer service, purchased occasional furniture. No stock in store, not able to pick up from store, only able to get via delivery, and the usual time window of half a day notified 12 -24 hrs out. For imported flat pack furniture maybe the Swedish store has better service. It was touch and go if we would wait as we bounced through the process. Tried to call the Manager/Supervisor to express concerns but alas calls that were taken never called back. In a competitive world my dollars very nearly went elsewhere as the experience would discourage me from heading back to Fhyswick store

  Outstanding service from the team at Nick Scali Furniture at the Fyshwick store, a big shout out and thankyou to George the Manager who went out of his way to make sure my lounge was delivered before Christmas. Very happy with my new leather lounge, cant speak highly enough of the customer service I received during and after the sale of my new lounge. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a high quality furniture.

  Absolutely appalling customer service. Left three messages for someone to ring us back regarding a complaint, no one has. We will never shop there again. They don't deserve even one star.

  Not the best of experiences. We bought a leather lounge that we thought was to have black legs. when it arrived we found brown legs and the friendly staff informed us that black legs were never an option. Wished we knew that when we purchased the lounge. If I want the legs black my husband will have to paint them because Nick Scali are not about to help.

  5 STARS ALL AROUND
  
  I bought a Low line TV unit today from the Nick Scali store in Fyshwick.
  They had exactly what I was looking for, the item was 50% off and the Customer service was exceptional. The sales assistant also called Nick was friendly, honest and really helpful.
  What a pleasure it was, I will be returning some time next year for a new lounge.
