The kids really enjoyed the 4 hours we spent here. Wide variety of interactive exhibits for kids of all ages, especially between 6-10. Planetarium is the largest one in Australia, and there are many shows that even the adults Will enjoy. Will definitely recommend to all others. Free parking for 2 hours.
Amazing place fairly close to the city centre. it has so many different attractions and things to do there, it'll never get old for young children. it also teaches kids how things work, and there is a small gift shop to get things from.
I've loved Scitech since my children and I discovered it 15 or so years ago, and WOW! It was wonderful then, and now it's fantastic! So many amazing things to do and see in there. For all ages - and they change their activities and have events, too. Easy to get to and heaps of parking! Make sure you check their open hours, they vary. Don't miss it - and - Don't forget, it's moving soon, to another location.
Haven't seen my kids so consistently excited about anything. We spent two solid hours there and they still hadn't seen everything there was to see. A wonderful place for kids.
It's a great place to take not only your kids but also your friends. A lot to learn, do and experience.
The most awesome part was the planetarium . Sitting back in that chair and looking at the universe unfold before us made us speechless. We just couldn't believe the expanse of the universe as was shown to us. My kids were spellbound by it all.
Outside the planetarium is a world of activities that can keep anyone busy. One can't ave enough of it. I loved that place. On any day you can o there and easily spend a few ours trying out the different experiments and exciting scientific apparatus on display.
It's really best place to visit kids and adults. Very knowledgeable and experimental wanted to visit again
We took our boys aged 6 and 8 to Scitech and they loved it. They spent the whole time going from display to display operating the controls for about 3 hours. They learnt quite a lot about how things work in the process.
I enjoyed it too. I learnt to drive the two wheeled gyroscopic scooter, which was great fun and I didn't run anybody over!
An ideal outing for children of any age plus their adults
We go every year and now our older boys still enjoy it but the new one our two year old absolutely loves it
Decent bang for Buck on an annual pass. Friendly staff and interesting exhibits. Showing its age in places and could use a transformation or new venue. OK for toddlers
Scitech is a really fun area for kids to play around and experiment with lots of things made there, like the exhibitions.
If you are 10, 30 or 90. Scitech is awesome. Kids will be entertained, you may learn something new. Horizon is a great experience. I would also recommend the adults only nights. Scitech and booze. Best night ever.
Such a fantastic place to take the kids. Everyone learns a little something and a great way to kill a few hours. Plus with a cafe located inside and outside. 👍
Good for the kids but needs updating. I was expecting new science projects but most of the activities are a bit old. One of the activities there is to use the mind to bring the ball in the tube up (sort of mind over matter). I tried it and didn't even concentrate on thinking about the ball, but to my surprise the ball went floating up. It is definitely inaccurate.
Super fun experience. Excellent interactive exhibits. Fun for all ages. We had ages that ranged from nearly 3, through 10 all the way up to nearly 70. Everyone had a really good time.
