  What a great store, you can get information for just about anything you're doing, the staff are very helpful and polite, the store has a huge amount of stock, there's a nice cafe and a playground. It's a pity the only thing they don't have is milk and bread. Plus it's only roughly a five minute drive away

  I love my Bunnings - but the folk here is a little rude and definitely not knowledgeable:(
  Please train and treat your staff well, Bunnings, we'd like to keep coming here.
  Parking is akward.

  Hopeless customer service when trying to use their courtesy trailer to take home pine sleepers. They only had one, they said you couldn't book it, they didnt know when it would be back, then it was allocated to another Bunnings store. I have tried 4 times over 2 days. My purchases are sitting there on a trolley and I am unable to get them home. No offer by Bunnings on what to do, just to "call again". Hopeless!
