Always the worst part of my week when I have to visit the Randwick Bunnings. Always long wait times due to short staffing and poor organisation. Consistently the worst Bunnings to deal with.

Two issues : 1. Very limited parking - prob only 20 spots so be ready to drive in circles on the weekend. 2. Small store for Bunnings - a cramped & limited selection compared to the bigger Bunnings. That said it's still the only half decent hardware store in the entire Eastern Suburbs and is mostly ok value. 4 stars but only because theres no other local competition. Mascot Bunnings is your best choice otherwise.

Its good but it might not have it all, just ask the workers they might have it . but I do recommend going to the one at Alexandria or any big store that is easy to get to

I would like to congratulate you on the quality of a particular staff member I have had the fortune to come across in your plant nursery. This young man is only there part time however when he is on duty the quality of care and his depth of knowledge about all the plants and products is exceptional. It is a pleasure to go to your nursery in Randwick when he is there. His name is Batu. I have asked him about the source of his knowledge and he tells me he is a graduate in Botany and a lifetime plant lover. Which explains his special touch.
The quality of your stock is unfortunately limited there and the presentation also lacklustre but this young man more than makes up. His manner and knowledge are superb.
I live in the Eastern Suburbs and am a garden lover . For many years I used to travel to Kingsford to the Gardens R Us nursery which was very good however recently it closed down and really there is no plant nursery of any quality within a reasonable distance to where I live. Many of my neighbours feel the same about this situation. In the UK the nursery is often a place of solace and pleasure.
I would really like to encourage you to consider expanding your nursery in this area and to put someone like this young man in charge. We would all flock to it without question. There is nothing more soothing to the soul than to go to a well stocked nursery which is planned and laid out in an appealing way.

Employees aren't very helpful and many of them won't give you solid advice. Customer service is pretty disappointing every time.

The car park is very tight to get into and often full on the weekend. Street parking is just as challenging.
The basement has wood and building materials.
Level 1 has a very small nursery and things for gardening.
The ground floor has everyrhing else including, electrical tools, cleaning chemicals and lawn mowers.
There are check outs on all 3 levels. There is a lift in the building.response / report this review -

The staff here always say hello to me and whenever I look lost someone always notices and helps me find what I'm looking for. I love the diverse employee program, and that they employees that have disabilities. I wish more places took their view as well.

Bunnings has most things and at good prices. Yes there could be more staff but generally I have found it you wait a bit you will get the help you need. I love the gender variety and type of the staff in Bunnings and I certainly don't wince at the idea of going their like I do to a Westfield where the problem of finding a park is only slightly less than finding your car when you're done with the shopping.
Parking is easier at Bunnings than most city shops but its hard to park anywhere around where I live - Coogee.response / report this review
