  Got everything we needed for the bathroom reno, well laid out and easy to find things. Got the planning grid and stickers to plan the new laundry with Kaboodle, looks great. Love the laundry shute and ironing centre too!

  Friendly staff. But it's always difficult to look for things due to its huge range of products. An electronic catalogue that actually links to the physical location might be helpful?

  I was quoted a price by a staff member on awnings that were 2.4 wide ,When I asked for a price on awnings 2.1 wide I was told they were discontinued and they were unable to supply .The staff on special orders was very good and looked into the supply from another store .we decided to buy the 2.4 wide awnings.when we went to the checkout the price was double what I was quoted.The staff member that was called over to deal with this issue was very rude and was unable to explain why we were told that this product was discontinued,and in fact said that wasn't the case but when we asked to order the 2.1 wide she wasn't able to .
  We walked out and will not return

  The place is like the advertisement on tv, i have used this store for a number of years and they just have everything from gardening to electrical and even down to a very small 1/8" washer. Easy to get too off Princess Highway. Very friendly staff. Obviously if you walk in with a backpack do expect to be asked to open it when you leave the store. Off to the shop again today for some Trellis fencing.
