Today 04/04/2021 I went to Pakenham Pakenham (3810) My two kids went to play area while we are shopping my little one is two years old and she was stuck in side as she was scared to slide through slid in kids play area she was crying and panic. I called one of the staff member and ask his assistant to take her out, He told me that safety of kids is parents responsibility and point me the notice hang on the gate and did not even look at the play area and he respond me that it is not his business I ask him to call manager by the time manager arrived my eld elder son managed to drag her down through the slide by force.

This is really unprofessional practice by Bunnings staff member

I strongly recommend your Management take another look at Carpenter they have employed. After our experience today we have decided to take our business elsewhere and support a local business. Do not mind paying extra if needed as overall experience after 1 phone call is so much better than dealing with your Carpenter face to face who found it an effort to do his job.

Good and patient staff, especially at the trade gate. You really ought to build your staff some wind shielding there though. It gets very cold in the wind and the papers fly everywhere, it makes it very difficult for them and also for the customer!

Very good activities for children on weekends and school holidays and the play area is fun any time any weather. Thanks Bunnings.. the kids can have a good time and there is no financial outlay if we take our own snacks and water.

Fast service and great advice. I purchased some timber and posts for retaining wall and staff were helpful giving advice and cut timber to required length. No problems hiring courtesy trailer for two hours.

Very disappointed.
Ordered microwave and range hood as they did not have on shelf. Fully paid for the items and after two weeks still not received a pickup call, and three attempts to find out where it is over the phone I get told they are busy and would get back to me which they never did (rood and arrogant on the phone). I will now have to go there in person to find out.Very time consuming process for such a straight forward task.
