After my purchase today, I HAD to leave this review. Apart from being clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff, I want to make a shout out for Josh in the garden power tools department. I wanted to buy a hedge trimmer, and your choices were over whelming. So many good products to choose from. I wasn't sure which one to get, and then Josh came along and asked if I needed help. I am really impressed with the amount of knowledge he had about the products. He explained and compared different hedge trimmers thoroughly and helped me make an informed decision. I bought the trimmer suggested by Josh, came home, used it and I couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks a lot Josh and thank you Bunnings.
Clean tidy and covid safe. Plenty of room to move around. Friendly and helpful staff. Found what I required with help from a staff member.
Grate service
Never answer their phones
Staff are helpful but I'm not sure what the Requisites are for hiring given several staff don't even know the names of basic tools and i once had a wrong order put through after i gave the specific dimensions for an item and would have been overcharged about $47 if i missed it.
Though consistently when i want help it takes me 20 odd minutes to find someone. When I want to wander I have like 8 staff follow me and ask me if I need assistance. Murphys law.
Brilliant helpful wonderful customers and customers service employee's alike. Friendly for any ages from baby to infinity and beyond 😂😁
A great little place to do all your garden & home improvement shopping!
Worst Bunnings I have ever used!! Never have any stock, call them to check stock, they has yes we have it then go to store and they don't have it!! No sorry just a NA we don't have it! Hopeless!! Avoid use another store! They also dont know what they are selling. Asked for Mig Gas they supply Argon! (Tig Gas) Not a clue!
Car park is a shocker, too small by far, very narrow spots to park and not much room to open doors etc. The shop is reasonably ok but smaller than most other Bunnings.
Regularly need to go to Pakenham or Fountain Gate as we can't get what we're after, and please, please, please if you're not going to open more registers then put in self service!
Great service compared to Morwell, but smaller range
The store is clean and tidy staff helpful and friendly plenty of choices very happy would recommend 😃
Shocking servicelimited stockneed a bigger store. I end up going to Pakenham. Warragul only good for sausage for kids.
Absolutely useless. Hard to find staff. Then they don't know the answer. Phoned them. Then lost in transit of call. Second time hung up on me. Third time put me through to someone who didn't know what I was asking for. Another time a I asked for help whilst assistant was scanning and said hang on s minute when finally asked her a question on product said I don't know go ask someone else.
Limited but knowledgeable staff if you can find one.
Limited stocks. Need a bigger premises considering the population of the area it covers.
Doesn't keep much stock. Some staff haven't got any idea about the product and dissappear when you need assistance. Store is way to small
Wonthaggi Bunnings didn't have the item I wanted and getting it via special order was going to take 1.5 weeks, so I rang the Warragul store and was delighted to learn they had 26 in stock! The Warragul staff member, Jade, was very helpful; she fetched stock off the shelf to answer a question I had about the product and rang me back within minutes with an answer.
Smaller then most Bunnings, friendly and helpful staff and seemed to have all the items I needed.
