I've been there a few times now, and it all depends on who serves you. There are some grumpy staff members who have a very unwelcoming attitude, along with ' just go to buntings mate' as they are woefully understocked as a hardware store. Having said that there are a handful of good service staff. However they didn't deserve the award, definitely some insider trading going on.

Everyone I've spoken to is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful Their like a big family I'm from Melbourne and use usually shop in the big hardware stores but this one has everything we need. I've been there about six times now and love their friendly approach. They even come to you to see if you need any helpVery IMPRESSED!!!!!
