Service was friendly and informative. Dev was very helpful
Great snags highly recommend. The hardware bit is alright, too. :)
I tried to ask about a certain coulor of paint and was told to look for it myself or find the coulor that i think that looks what iv asked for. Great help guys well done. Ps i will never shop here again
Place is good .. but staff is so irresponsible and non attentive especially on phone they tell you that ll call you back but they nvr. we placed and order for kitchen and paid for home deliverey as well but for delivery we had to call them for 20 times. and finally got delivery on Sunday.
The only way to shop late in the evening in Melbourne for home improvement stuff!
Go BBB..Bunnings. Always helpfull staff even ten minutes before closing time.

Useful as it has most things you want. But watch out as you can get cheeper elsewhere especially if you are buying the bigger things.
One of the first times l've been surrounded by staff to help with service and a very heavy item which was terrific bc l was feeling quite unwell. Brilliant!
In the tool shop, only one assistant already assisting someone else, insufficient staff, oh well basically a self serve store. Need to have already done your due diligence before you shop at Bunnings. Staff often young and inexperienced, despite the original ethos that all staff were ex tradies - Not so, any more -
Bunnings Mentone team are always a great help whenever you need them. Great range of products and reasonable pricing.
Grab a snag on the way out and support the local community.
Had the most helpful gentleman assist me tonight. No question too difficult! Job well done Bunnings Mentone.
Great location, large well stocked store with helpful staff
The service I received today from Earl and Matt in Hardware was simply amazing, they went far beyond the call of duty and did everything possible to help me fix my sons toy crane. This store is so lucky to have such exceptional, skilled, kind people, who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you Earl and Matt! Complete Legends!
The store is in a great location, is big and has great parking. The exception is service. You used to go to Bunnings for expert advice and support but with the demise of Masters I think they've lost the edge. Staff here are too involved in personal conversations to answer your questions and one of the guys in the paint shop needs to attend customer service 101 before he's let loose in the public. I was overcharged for a product, the guy on the door couldn't care any less and they had 2 people at the service desk with about 8 people waiting. I guess you can keep my $10.88 Bunnings as my time is more important. How unfortunate this mammoth controls the market and the small guys have closed down. I'd pay more for better service.
Bunnings is the fkin business mate, it's got everything I never knew I needed but now own 😉
My DIY projects cost more in power tools and accessories that it would to just hire professional 😂😂😂😂😂
Tom in the garden centre was amazing. He was so helpful and could not do enough to assist me. I told him I was recovering from meningitis. He went to get me a trolley, chose the exact products I needed and took me through the check out and put them in my car. He was so nice to my dog, too. He found a staff member to help me with plant advice and was patient and polite. I had given up on Bunnings Garden Centre as had not had much luck with staff, too hard to find, but Tom has turned it around. He is a superb worker and I highly commend him. Well done Tom and thank you.
