Wife calls Hubby 2hrs later!
Hubby seen call & instantly puts the power tools down Grabs the garden shovel and bolts home!

Very good people are very helpful have no problem returning a product if I got something wrong staff are very nice and I'm happy shopping at Bunnings.

Not a bad place to get nearly anything you could need for a DIY project. They didn't have a spark plug in stock to suit a lawn mower I previously purchased from there, so there's room for improvement. But they really do have a good product range and friendly, helpful staff. I doubt I could sufficintly summarize their entire product range. Go to their website to find out if they have what you need. They probably do.

The cleanest of all Bunnings stores in the western suburbs. Always well stocked. Customer service is great.

What is there to say? It's bunnings. It's fine. You get a snag to power you through the next hour of searching for one thing, and set off on a wacky, hour-long adventure trying to find one thing.
I really wish they had some kind of aisle lookup system in place.
That and sometimes there's an overzealous middle-aged man guarding the receipt check booth instead of the usual bored teenager. Pray you don't get this man because he will actually go down the receipt and inspect every item in your trolley for some reason. This is a waste of time because it's Melton and everybody is constantly stealing everything anyway, and also because he literally watched me buy all the things he's inspecting about a minute beforehand.response / report this review -

Has everything you want in a bunnings store, just lacking the customer service..

When looking for help staff somehow are not around. Some items not on display and you have to pull down boxes from high shelf to see the actual product.[no display items] Bathroom taps clearly displayed, but too much choice. Parking area big despite busy times. Plant section very good.
