It's a small Bunnings but they have a reasonable selection of stuff, given their limited space and access they have to work with. Everyone was friendly enough in this COVID19 world we now have to deal with

Learn proper customer service etiquette. Half your staff are over the age of 90 and don’t know how to talk to customers properly - very patronising old man today at the tool section. Felt like I was back at school after being told I must take a receipt with my purchase

Lacklustre small Bunnings with too little staff during the week, long wait times for checkout, self-checkout has never been open when I have visited during peak/off-peak on weekdays and weekends.
Advice is difficult to come by and often not comprehensive enough to be useful.
Very sparse range of items available (electrical, lighting and gardening is especially poor).
Disparate, nonsensical isle positioning that are incongruous with other Bunnings stores (Mentone, for me, being the gold standard).
Unless you really have to visit, go to one of Bunnings’ better stores like Mentone.response / report this review -

Regular visitor at Bunnings. This is a slightly unusual one in that's it a multilevel building which I found a bit harder to navigate as most Bunnings have a near identical layout in the usual air craft hangar style building Garden centre is way up on the top level as is the Café. AND WHERES THE SAUSAGE SIZZLE! Can't go to Bunnings on a weekend without grabbing a snag at the door!

Decided to start a winter garden project and I received amazing service and advice from a staff member in the garden department. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name but she was so patient and knowledgeable. She helped me choose the right plants, soil and even provided ideas on future projects. Thank you!

Modern looking and well laid out Bunnings. Much like all other bunnings in that it has nearly everything you need for any project.
