They are not helpful and not provided any professional advice. I have described my vase size and wonder if I have picked too much flowers. They just ignored my concern and kept telling me to add more in my order.
Also, I told them I need some flowers which can last longer. They said this bright red celosia will last for at least 10 days. However, it started to turn brown in 2 days and totally brown now on the 3rd day!

Really happy with my experience today. Called at 9:40AM on a Saturday to arrange for flowers to be delivered to a shop in Doncaster Westfield. Flowers arrive at 11:20AM - no fuss, no dramas, friendly service. Flower arrangement looks amazing.

After phoning four other florists I decided to use Byrons because:
I had phoned four other florists which were answer services directing orders to a central factory.
The flowers were for a funeral in North Balwyn - flowers for coffin, pedestal flowers church, flowers for signing table.
They were absolutely stunning.
It was such a pleasure to deal with a professional business, quality and fair pricing, who went the extra mile and personally delivered the flowers.
Please please when looking for a florist make sure you are making a good choice - this was a fabulous choice.

Absolutely Stunning Bouquets! Better than I thought they could ever be!!!

I ordered my wedding bouquet through Byron's For Flowers - i had been a regular customer for years but never needed to purchase anything overly fancy, until this year when I was married. I ordered my bouquet and two smaller bouquets for my flower girls. i didn't have an exact design, more of an overall look /colour scheme- Casey did THE most amazing work, the bouquets exceeded my expectations in all ways - there were so many flowers, they were the perfect colour scheme and her work was just so perfect - everyone commented on them and I will continue to be a customer here - it absolutely made my day to walk down the aisle with the most gorgeous bouquet. Thankyou to Casey for her helpful friendly patient service and whilst hopefully I won't need to get married again, I look forward to finding another occasion to order flowers - i am so absolutely happy to this moment. i still have the bouquet in my room, i couldn't bear to toss it to my single girls, i am enjoying it days later!!!

I received a lovely arrangement of roses for Valentines Day on the Saturday and by MOnday they were almost dead. Very disappointing when you spend $100 you expect better than that.
