The customer service is not at all good, the lady Danielle is very rude, unprofessional and she wants customer to pay more money for the kitchen building. They lost the business from us good for us. I wasted my time visiting them not going again.

I recently contacted them after installed two kitchen back in 2007 & 2012.
I can’t thank enough to Lizzy & Nicole for their friendly customer service & promptly follow up on very old records. Thank you 😊 & I will definitely come back for the new kitchen in near future.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very cheap product and not much care or thought goes into their jobs. Our drawers don't shut when you push them, it takes about 4 times to even get them to shut. The guy installing it couldn't even get them to shut himself but told us we would get used to it. Our section for our fridge is so small that we are now struggling to buy a fridge that is going to fit. The lady in the shop named Danielle is extremely rude, unhelpful and arrogant. I would seriously reconsider if you are contemplating using this company.

We have recently competed our own renovation and we are so thankful for the guidance and ideas from Izzy and james, they were so professional and had great ideas and suggestions. Deliverys were on time and we had no problem with the products and everything was made to order. The stonemasons they recommended were also of high quality, I would not hesitate in recommending them for value and quality.

Some nice staff, appalling management. Seems to have a siege mentality where customers are the enemy. Product was ok but some stuff missing from the delivery and that's when the problems started. I'd avoid these guys like the plague (or virus). Weird and surreal phone conversations where you just had to stop and ask yourself. "Did he really say that?"

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. James was extremely helpful in sorting out any problem I have.Prices are also quite reasonable. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for cabinets.

Avoid this place at all costs. You have plenty of better options. The male manager is extremely rude and obnoxious. I had a kitchen design for a new build drawn up and was told by email that if I paid $100 I could get a copy of the design which I needed to give to my architect. When it came around to me paying, the manager suddenly decided that he wanted to charge $200. When I told him I'd been quoted $100 he refused to give me my plans and accused me of just wanting the plans to give to another kitchen supplier. He ordered the lovely Asian lady who had been helping me to not give me my plans and stormed out of the showroom. This rude man just lost his business $9000. Watch out for Flatpack Kitchens on A Current Affair.

Waste of time - emailed these guys for more info and they told us it was "best to visit their Bayswater Showroom with measurements, they can draw something up and you can look at colours, finishes etc". Which is fine, so we made the trip out there - 40 minutes drive on a Monday morning to chat to them. Walked into the Showroom and there was one man sitting behind the desk. After taking a look round, we waited for him to approach us but he clearly wasn't going to so we approached him. We asked him questions about some of the displays and then moved onto what we were there for and told him our measurements - he basically shut us down and told us we needed to make an appointment if we wanted a quote. He was not very forthcoming with info and felt very much like he had better places to be than there trying to sell flatpacks. Pretty disappointed with the terrible service, rather rude to be honest. We've been to other places where if they didn't have the time, they took down details and would follow up after or give us details of someone to follow up. But this guy had no clue and didn't care. Bravo on your service! Such a waste of time !!

Had a great resolution to a bad problem with a faulty flatpack.
James from Flatpack responded promptly, generously and courteously to what was a difficult situation.
After a few days, a few emails and phone calls James helped me to restore my faith in what now seems to be a great example of a great small business running in Australia.
