We are delighted with the excellent service by Sue who works on the Special Orders Desk. We had a large order including a Caboodle Kitchen. Sue provided excellent communication throughout. Caboodle made an error in their manufacture of one of the drawers shipped and the normal re-order would have take another 4 - 6 weeks. Sue went out of her way to contact Caboodle and managed to get the replacement drawers in a much shorter period much to our delight. We say thanks to Bunnings Bendigo and particularly to Sue.

Went to Bunnings to buy 4 bags of scoria.only 1 left but the bag had a hole in it and there was a pallet of pots in front of the bay it was in. I crawled into the pallet racking and dragged the 20kg bag out. I was offered a 28 cents discount.
Went to the other bunnings store and bought 3 bags of the same brand scoria. When I opened 2 of they were half full of rubbish and dirt.
I now know why someone opened the other bag.
I won't by scoria from bunnings ever again!response / report this review -

Looking for some hotmelt glue sticks. They weren't apparent at first. The staff bent over backwards to help me. A very satisfied customer.

It is an absolute treat to go to this store. The staff are always so knowledgeable and helpful. The great thing about this is that I learn so much! The staff are always so happy to see my family and I and even when I go by myself they always ask about my family. My twin 3 year old boys love going there and they always get stamps on the way in a a balloon on the way out! Great staff and I always feel like I'm right at home.
