From start to finish the customer service here was top notch. Sarah and Claire were so friendly to us throughout the process. As someone below said 'Claire is a legend'. The Avis marketing line 'We try harder' came about decades ago as they accepted that they had a long way to go to rival Hertz in the US so would make service a key aspect of catching up. Claire goes the extra mile all these years later.

I am a Fastbreak customer and use Budget often all over the Country on a regular basis. I collected a car from the North Sydney branch last week and have to say that the service was excellent. Claire, the Manager was courteous and so helpful. I called to modify my return date and once again she was so efficient. In a world where we often accept less than average service as standard these days it is refreshing to see someone taking pride in the level of service they provide. What a great ambassador for the Budget brand! Thank you, Carina

Really great service from this conveniently placed budget office. easy to get to from North Sydney station. Incredibly helpful staff with can-do approach. I especially appreciated no hidden-extras - the first time in a long time that a car hire place hasn't added in more charges. Will definitely be returning
