Old school gym. 24 hours which is amazing. 2 floors for workout and 1 for classes. Variety of machines. Changing room and shower with body wash. Could use more benches and cable machines. Working out at night is pretty good as it is normaly empty. Choice of music is not great but it targets a variety of visitors. Strict towel policy which is good. Very good membership prices. There is a sauna upon request. They sell drinks and supplements too. Renovated currently and it looks quite clean and spacious.

Broadway Gym has a nice vibe. Largest variety of equipment great group fitness classes. Best gym with amazing and helpful staff and management! Great pricing. Keep it up guys!

this is absolutely ridiculous gym and i am writing this to who is looking for good quality in gym and stuff manner .
the girl overthere has no knowledge about what is gym like.
she gave me wrong info for sign up and charge me more for what she hasn't know about payment regulation at the end they come in up with denay.

The new layout of the weights room is amazing, perhaps could add in more plates for convenience. It has everything you need. I like how they keep making changes, keeps you motivated. Way to go!!

Walked in to workout and gym looked nice, but not a single person came to the counter while another gentleman and I waited for nearly 20 minutes. One phone number went straight to voicemail and the other rang a phone in a bag behind the counter. Horribly managed. Will not return to try to give them my money.

Been coming to this gym for 5 years, absolutely love it!
Staff are always friendly, equipment is clean and in good condition.
Bonus is it's the most affordable gym in Sydney!

Blonde female staff member answered four questions with 'online' and one with 'you go'.
"Can I see a list of your prices?"
"online"
"you don't have a list here??"
"online"
"OK I would like to do a free trial today"
"online"
"Can you please get me your boss?"
"You go [get him yourself]."
Perhaps she only spoke a few words of English, being: online, you and go.

I wish i could say that the employees at this deteriorating establishment lack basic manners and mutual respect for their fellow man but no.
If rude could walk on two legs, you will find it there.
Absolutely appalling behavior from the staff. Went there with 1.2 grand for 3 of us to sign up for a year, we met rude incarnate, and upon an innocent inquiry, NOT a complaint, in regards to a minor discrepancy in their advertised pricing, I was abruptly told, "buddy, this is the price, if you don't like it then go somewhere else". An unwarranted, dismissive response instead of an honest attempt to address my question. They list it online as "student price [starting] from $6.99 per week", however it turns out that, cunningly enough, this is excluding GST- and an additional cost So realistically no customer trotting this continent can get it for that price.
It is not an issue of this minor disinformation, but rather they way that we were dealt with upon asking. I have a right to ask, a right that i exercise politely, a right that I do not appreciate being greeted with demeaning facial expressions, dismissive body language and condescending speech.
These employees need to be fired or seriously reprimanded and taught how to fulfill the basic requirements of their job (and every other job on the planet)!

I have been a member here for close to a year now and it is impressive how they have upgrades every other month. They have the most affordable student deals compared to other gyms in the area. The group classes are excellent too. The staff are cordial and just enforce the gym rules on you when you don’t bind to it (I think it makes sense ‘coz you don’t want to train on somebody’s sweat !!).

New re-furb and new equipment have made a massive difference to this gym. Use to be old and run down and now I would go so far to say probably one of the best gyms in the area for the price. Plenty of room for my workouts and has everything that I need.

Been a member for a few years now and I have really loved what the owner have done with all the upgrades.its a great place to workout I find it has everything you need.anyone who whinges in my opinion need to focus on there training and less about the owner. Who I found was fair and the staff are always nice and just do there job well. 5 stars from me
